Commission Request Form

If you're interested in commissioning me for a custom art order, please fill out this Commission Request Form.
This form is not binding, will not charge you, and is the first step in hiring me to do a custom piece of art for you. It sends a pinned message to my email and is a great way to contact me about starting this process. Please fill this form out as best as possible, but it's fine to leave areas you'd like to discuss blank.

Tell me about the piece you'd like me to create for you! What subjects, moods, colors, elements, and specifics do you want in your piece? Any descriptive words, details, ideas, or concepts are helpful.

If requesting a photoshoot, I offer both shoots with me as the photographer and me as the model. You can select this art form in the Choose a Medium drop down menu. Please note that I don't do explicit modeling.

If you know your budget, it gives me an idea of what size piece or how extensive of a commitment I can offer. If you're unsure or have an open budget, I can quote you a price once I learn more about your request (write "unsure" or "open/flexible budget").

The size of the piece, the subject, the medium, time restraints, and the amount of time I put into it will determine the cost of the piece. If you're requesting a photoshoot, please tell me how long you wish to shoot for.
The more time I'm able to put into a piece, the more details I can add, the more realistic it will be, etc. I respect your budget and want to give you the best piece for what you pay for and may suggest a different medium, size, or time agreement depending on your budget.

I don't always accept custom orders so this form is simply for you to communicate your creative ideas to me so I can see if it's something I can make for you! If I'm interested and available to work on your project, I'll respond to this request so we can discuss the details more. If we agree on everything then I will send you a contract and request for payment. I ask for a down payment before starting your piece and expect the remaining balance once I complete it. Please do not send me payment for a custom order unless we have talked about all the details and we've both signed a custom order contract and reviewed my terms. Thank you!
