Art / Photo Commission Contract
Before doing any commission work I ask that my clients and I both sign a contract to define our professional commitment. A pre written contract ensures that I remember to convey all the important info upfront and allows my clients to have a clear understanding of the terms of our commission agreement. I usually discuss details of this contract (subject, medium, pricing, time, etc) through messaging or in person with my clients, and then I fill this contract in with the information we've discussed. This file is a blank copy of the contract template I use so you can get an idea of what kind of agreement I require before committing to any commissioned art project. If we are moving forward with a commissioned art piece or photo session, I will send you this document filled in with my personal information and the details of what we've discussed so far.
